Unisa online exam horror

Hi I wrote an online exam with unisa and when it was time for me to submit it kept saying "site cant be reached" i had wifi on and data i then took screenshots and emailed my lecture who gave me an alternative way to upload my script. That format also gave me problems, i sent emails with proof to unisa they said they cannot help me, meaning i lost money and a year because their system was overloaded. Please assist me.
