UNISA ONLINE APP, DISSAPOINTING SERVICE

I have been trying from the beginning of August to apply for admission I have submitted my details and documentation online, and I haven't heard a thing from The offices, I keep emailing but the only response I get is an automated one. This isn't the first time that this has happened to me and quiet frankly this is sickening, i'm sure many other potential students are having this problem !!! Why is UNISA so delayed ? DISSAPOINTING ASSISTANCE
