Unisa -Not willing to reissue degree

Please could you assist me in obtaining a reissue of my degree?

I graduated at Unisa in 2005 . I did my B.Comm Marketing through Unisa. We moved to new house in 2019 and in the process I have lost my degree. I asked them to please assist me in the reissue of my degree. They simply said that they dont do reissue of a degree . The problem that I have is that all my Job applications got turned down because all the institutions want a copy of my degree and not a academic record .I wanted to study further but all the academic institutions also want a copy of my degree . Thus unisa simply just ignore my emails or just said they dont reissue degrees. This is simply not good enough .This is the first time I need a reissue of my degree I worked hard to obtain it and paid Unisa . If they dont reissue a degree and all the institutions wants my degree I simply wasted my money and time because a Unisa qualification means nothing to me . Please help me in obtaining a copy of my degree this is urgent and my livelihood depends on it
