Unisa not responding to my refund query

Not responding to emails I don't know what to do anymore I have made payments via online debit paying my debt of R160.00 . Accidentally paid R1400 my account is overdue with R1400 there's no excess or refund form been sending emails as From January to unisa finance, admission Etc no response at all kindly refund my Money back.
