Unisa not responding or being able to get hold of them telephonically

According to me I have completed my degree. I have however not received any confirmation. I have been sending emails since the 3rd of January 2022 to various email addresses. No response. I also do not get hold of anybody who can assist me telephonically. This is not the first time that I am being ignored. Totally unacceptable for such a big university. I will not recommend Unisa to anyone.
