UNISA - NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS CANNOT REGISTER !

For the past two months I have not been able to register for modules COS2633 and DSC3705 because my qualification has been phased out. I was granted FI Concession and I have written my exams, I have received no feedback from UNISA. <br> <br> I was informed that I should register these above modules in case I failed the assessment tests. UNISA is terrible with communicating with their students, no one can tell me what's going on, I go Parow Campus waste hours apon hours of time only to be told that Parow campus cannot help me, that I need to get hold of Ms Belmakund. <br> <br> Ms Belmakund processed my application in late January and she informed me that certain internal processes have to be followed, its now 3rd March registration closes tomorrow and still she does not reply to my emails. No one knows what's going on, and they don't seem to care. <br> <br> This is beyond a joke and I think UNISA really needs to do something about their communication and assist students that have special requests, no one knows what's going !!! <br> <br> What do I do now I cannot register ! <br> <br> <br>
