UNISA - No response, incorrect registration details, and overall lack of communication

I attempted to register for my final year of studies on the 7th of January 2019. I updated my address details to reflect a Canadian address as I will be staying in Canada for the first half of 2019. However, I realized that I was not sure of whether I would be back in South Africa sooner and therefore changed my address to my new South African address. UNISA proceeded to add a heafty R20 000+ charge as a foreign levy, even though the addresses for all postal, street and courier addresses were South African, and the examination center selected was in South Africa. On the 8th of Jan, my postal address has gone back to the Canadian address, and I cannot update this to match with the physical and courier South African addresses on MyUnisa. As this is the final year I can afford to fly back to South Africa, before continuing my world travels next year, I wanted to register for all my remaining modules: SDENG3J, SDHISTV, TPR100C, LPENGPN, ENG2603, ARH1501, ARH1502, GGH1501, GGH1502, and have requested to either move my supplementary exam for LPENGTS to Oct/Nov 2019 or be able to re-register for the module this year. I paid in around R9 300.00, however my registration for the above, including address details and financial details remain incorrect, and due to the strike, nobody at UNISA is getting back to me. This is extremely frustrating as the registration deadline is looming. Additionally, I tried to re-register to correct the above issues, and was then informed that I would need to remove SDENG3J or register the pre-co-requisite modules with this, even though I did include ENG2603 in this registration application. I just wish someone would be considerate and understanding enough to assist me in helping me complete my studies this year.
