Unisa, no help or service

Good day, I am a current student at unisa, and I would not recommend anyone to study there at all. I have had previous problems with them but the one I have recently encountered is the worst one this far. I have registered in the original registrations period and paid my studies, yet my modules were not registered by them. I sent plenty of emails and went to their offices twice, I did as they instructed and yet my modules is still not registered for the semester which means I have just wasted my money. I do not recommend this institution for anyone who wants to study.
