Unisa - no feedback on query

Studying through Unisa is an absolute nightmare. I have logged a query with them at the beginning of the month and to date, I have received no feedback. I have logged a query with the Economic Industry’s general email as well as every email address associated with the industry and with Unisa as a whole. I am awaiting some feedback in order for me to make decisions about study for this year and then next thing you know, the deadline for study will be closed.
