UNISA NO ASSISTANCE!!

My Daughter completed the supplementary exam in February 2021 with UNISA. Payment was completed as requested. We received an email to provide proof of payment and we did so, twice. To date we have not received any feedback from UNISA, but rather they continuously request for proof of payment which we have submitted. All attempts to contact UNISA to resolve have been fruitless, we have also tried the finance department, the number provided does not work. This is an educational institution which provides ZERO education and ZERO assistance. PATHETIC!!
