UNISA - NO ANSWER TO PHONE CALLS OR E-MAILS EVERY TIME I TRY MAKING CONTACT! EVERY TIME!

<p>I have been desperately trying to get hold of UNISA since last week for assistance with applying online and to ensure that the young lady wanting to apply meets the deadline of 28th April 2017, calling every day to the array of numbers listed on your website, I have sent a number of e-mails to various individuals in the specific department of College of LAW. The e-mails ********** ********** ********** ********** for assistance and have not heard anything abck from anyone. The phones just ring... no matter what time I try calling or which number I call, in Cape Town or Pretoria. I just tried the online application again, hoping I would figure it out on my since UNISA is not interested in assisting, only to find that the applications are now closed and will only open in August! How can this be when last weekt he closing date for the specific course she was trying to apply for was dated 28 Aprl 2017! I work for a youth development organisation with up to 700 young people per year looking for study opportunities which I assist them with. But my experience with UNISA over this last week has be nothing but pathetic! It doesnt even seem like there is a UNISA office, how can all the numbers I call not be answered EVER! </p>
