UNISA NO ADMINISTRATION-nonsence institution

The worst service provider ever, its all about cash injection once you have succesfully registered you are just a number u will never get any admin assistance, they dont answer their calls nor respond to their emails. I have requested that they refund me the extra miney i had paid into their account and have followed up timeously but i get no feedback. I want my money. They have a 15day refund policy but thats a lie they dont acknowledge anything and take accountability for anything. I want my money!!!
