UNISA NEVER RESPONDS TO EMAILS OR ANSWERS CALLS

I have attempted to contact UNISA on several occasions with regards to registration queries and after numerous emails and attempted calls which goes unanswered, I to date have not received responses. <br> <br> Currently I have an assignment submission query which has still not been answered as well. I contacted the faculty who rudely referred me to myunisa for help. I emailed on the 18th of January and still have not received any response.
