UNISA Never Answer Calls and Emails. UNISA Has poor communication service

UNISA people never answer calls and emails! Seriously this is unbelievable and unprofessional. From last year September 2017 to this day 13 April 2018! I just can't believe this. I have tried different offices and different numbers but still. You would think they don't exist if didn't know. I don't know how ubisa chooses its people or how it trains them. I can't keep on going to their offices to get help. What is going on? I an thinking of switch varsities only if I wasn't this far with ny studies. Byt I am tired with unisa. Sick and tired. They literally never ever answer calls and emails. What kind of varsity does that. I think they need to close or look into this matter because it's affecting us as students. Or what do we need to do to have our calls and emails answered?
