Unisa Nelspruit a Disgrace!

Unisa Nelspruit never answers their landline when you phone them. Never! The number ********** 476 never gets picked up when you phone. I have been trying for a week now at different times each day, and a couple of times every day, and ONCE only, someone answered - then I got put through to the wrong extension...

This is utterly unprofessional! Do they not want to do business? The entire educational system in SA is falling apart and the people working at UNISA seems to be one of the biggest contributors to that.

Disgraceful!
