Unisa ****** my child of a year of education and financially too

We feel ******!!! My daughter is doing her first year at Unisa. Their communication is appauling! My daughters marks were brilliant right through the year only to be told all her modules are 22% which is a fail!!!! She hardly got any work this year from Unisa only the odd assignments etc. I am so mad!!!!!! I want money back for wasting my child's year of education!!!! Oh and don't try calling them because THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I AM PREPARED TO GO TO COURT TO GET UNISA TO PAY US BACK. They even had the audacity to accuse my child of possibly cheating because her marks are so good. Unisa your standards for first year are so low even a Grade 5 child could do the little work you provided!!!!! I am not done with Unisa
