Unisa must activate my study material on Unisa and I also need to access my study material as i am not owing them for last semester

My unisa statement dated 06.06.2019 was saying i am owing R3314.00 then on the 11.06.2019 I paid R2000 and on the 20.06.2019 paid R1314 in total R3314.00 and was able to access the results after. Now i cannot access resullts and it says study fees oustanding. Unisa is really failing us. On the 29.07.2019 I registered 4 modules and paid same day and that money reflect on my account. But sad is my study material is not yet activated on myUnisa. I cant access study material after paying and there's assignment due this august. When you call their numbers there's no answer. All i want is Unisa to activate my study material so that i can be busy with my studies. And to remove whatever hold that they put that make me unable to access my results as i am not owing them ,this is boring and inconveniencing.
