Unisa Matric Exemption Department ***********

I app**** for matric exemption and they requested I submit my original documents and I couriered them on the 29th of January 2021 . Up to date no feedback and update from the department. I have sent numerous emails but there is no response from UNISA. Can someone at UNISA atleast courier back my original certificates please my number *** student number ***7
