UNISA makes themselves unavailable

I have been attempting to contact UNISA on the most relevant contact numbers for my issue but to no avail! The number is either engaged or just rings dead.

My company has paid UNISA and I have submitted my remittance and the required UNISA form last week - not return or confirmation from UNISA for the receipt of my mail and to date my account is still to reflect the monies and according to the website it usually takes 2 days, it has been 5 days already...
