UNISA makes it IMPOSSIBLE to get good grades.

Please Unisa re-activate my myUnisa account and fix the system. My studies are paid in full. I had access to everything and then I got kicked off. My emails are ignored and when I call your myUnisa helpline they just tell me "we don't know what's going on". I'M FALLING BEHIND! Please stop ingoring me it's been a week - other students and the lecturers still have access to the site, nobody is slowing down or postponing tests for me. The lecturers just tell me to contact the useless helpline and email I've been contacting for days. PLEASE STOP MAKING FORCING ME TO GET BAD GRADES.
