unisa lost my final exam paper

good day

i wrote my final plc 1502 exam on the 22nd of october at 14:30 pretoria show grounds however when its time to recieve my results it shows i was upsent from the exam which is not true,i waited for the whole month to get the results to marked as absent whereas i wrote it cannot be,i was upsent for plc1501 first semester due to surgery which i have written a supplementary on the 19th i have worked very hard for unisa to lose my script like that i need an answer my employer who is paying my fees needs those results i deserve an answer
