Unisa lives up to bad reviews

I started studying with Unisa in the beginning of 2020, everything was surprisingly on time and materials were received etc. I paid my first year in semester in full. When Covid-19 came around I had to cancel due to income loss, and I sent all documents requested for a refund in the beginning of March 2020, I received no communication, all call lines didn't work and when I did get through to the finance department they said they hadn't received it, I sent it to about 4 email addresses with no communication or feedback and it was impossible to get through to finance again. I followed up numerously, also with no answer. Then lockdown came around and refunds were closed. I am still unable to get through to Unisa. I don't see how Unisa can accept money but are unable to process refunds. I will be contacting a lawyer to assist.

I was initially surprised at the speediness and assistance but when it comes to getting your money back, don't expect anything.
