Unisa Library Scheme

Unisa is trying to scheme me. They just decided to post a book to some random Post Office. They never told me anything about the book or go collect it. Now I owe them money. They blocked my results. I can't even register due to their scheme. I'm forced to pay them. The is no way I will pay them such amount money
