Unisa Law Department does not respond to student queries

The law faculty of Unisa does not respond to emails, and does not pick up phones. I have tried since before closure of registration to contact them. I tried all the listed numbers, none gets answered. Eventually I sent an email on 21 July, to this day I have had no response. Initially I sent an email from my personal email, on 21 July, I received a response the same day telling me to use mylife email. I immediately sent the email from the mylife email address and suddenly there is no response from their preferred chanel of communication.

I was struggling to register for modules, eventually it went through with 4 subjects but accirding to me it must be 3 subjects. All I am asking is for confirmation that I will be able to complete my degree with 3 subjects so I can drop the one. I tried to sort this before registration closure so I could amend but due to non response I am carrying and paying for 4 subjects.

Can someone at Unisa look into this. Does the Law Department actually exist?
