UNISA - Laurance Masemola

If there was such a thing a no stars I would have rated Unisa based on this. Firstly I was not allowed to study for my honors. Why? No valid reason was given. Then I request a refund on of my money that I am owed over a year ago and they only got back to me now and advised me that they need proof of payment for payment that was done 5 years ago and if no proof of payment can be provided than i need to get an affidavit stating I paid the money. So I must basically beg them to pay me my money back. So I told them keep the money since that's what they want to do in the first place. Unisa has really gone down the drain in terms of service and delivery.
