UNISA LACK OFF FEEDBACK IS DIGUSTING!!!!

I have registered with unisa in September (student number ********** 1), they said I would receive feedback by the end of November the latest. from the end of November I have been trying to contact them and I either hold on to long or when they answer they do not give me proper feedback. they say they will call me back but never do. I also sent emails and they read it and reply back giving me a reference (18337NXO6693) and saying someone will be in contact with me but till today no body has been in contact. how does one study and plan a future when this university cant even do a simple thing like give feedback? my company needs to pay for my studies but cannot do so because I have no information what so ever!!!! I think this is disgusting for a university and lack of feedback is worse.
