Unisa Lack of Responsiveness and Dysfunctional System

I've been studying with Unisa for many years, and I want to finish my studies this year. My problems are as follows:

1. I've app**** for exemption for 5 modules using the online system. I've emailed them to find out when I can expect this to be completed (as some of the subjects are prerequisites for others that I'd like to register for, and registration closes 12 February 2021) and have received no response. I need to register for the modules that I have left to do, and there's less than a month left of registration time!

2. I've moved to South Africa from Namibia, and changed my details on myUNISA, but when I want to register I am still quoted foreign student levy, even though I am no longer foreign. There is a massive price difference between the two, so I can't finalize my registration until this is fixed!
