UNISA just won't give me my certificate

They are a bunch of inconsiderate and ******** people..

Have been giving me a run around my certificate, despite sending someone with all the required docs to collect it for me.. Imagine the person has driven from JHB 3 times already and has been given attitude and a total run around.. I have made calls and the UNISA people have assured me he would be given the certificate.. But no..

Lastly, they went as far as contacting me and making stupid promises to courier it.. Told me they were couriering it same day(second attempt).. Till today, no sms, call.. Nothing.. I still don't have my certificate.. My temporal SACE expired ages ago. I cannot job hunt and definitely cannot keep going back and forth, applying for temporal SACE every now and then..
