Unisa is useless with certificates

I did my ABET certificate through Unisa up until today I have not received my certificate, tried enquiring and all they say is they don’t have it!! So what now? I paid R14000 and spent 12 months completing the ABET and I don’t have my certificate, now they want me to do an affidavit stating it’s damaged or lost so they can send a letter stating I completed abet and my certificate has been damaged or lost! As they don’t print certificates anymore!!! How will that look on my resume or cv? I want my certificate, I paid and worked for it? It is not my fault that I never received the certificate or even got informed that I was posted? As they state?
