Unisa is useless

Unisa is no more what it used to be. They may as well close shop. No response to students, if they do respond it is like they are doing us a favour. As for Ms Makuru, she's just collecting a monthly salary - she is not bothered to respond. Unisa expects us to get permission from third parties on monies paid directly by us, what kind of nonsense is that? This institution is doomed.
