UNISA is USELESS

I have two student numbers at UNISA. One is for formal education, and one is for a short learning program. I registered for a SLP and was accepted. I had to pay the deposit, but I accidentally paid the amount into my formal education account instead of my SLP account. I have sent numerous emails, and no one has assisted. Their administrative team who is supposed to assist, is beyond useless.
