UNISA is the worst university!

Doesn't deserve any stars. Study Material is so badly worded. You don't even get completed study material - they tell you to print it online then its like 400 pages. NEVER gets through on their telephone lines - you have to visit them (and they supposed to be a long distance learning university). They think you are full time students. Get bad marks unnecessarily because they don't word questions properly or explain how they want it structured. People who mark your exams don't mark it correctly and you end up losing marks if its not word for word as per the memo because they don't know what is even going on with the papers - you could've actually passed?!!! Then end up repeating the same module over and over for them to make money. They really mess with your future and hold you back! You request for venue change or for your past paper that you wrote - you never get it!!!! They take forever to mark assignments (sometimes even receiving it after you wrote exams) and exams that you even miss the opportunity for an FI exam. These people really have no consideration for students. As long as they have done their job each semester by providing a paper or assignment, they don't care about students concerns or questions. Rather go study with UCT or somewhere else.
