Unisa is the worst institution.

I have been trying to get in touch with unisa for since the beginning of the year. I stay on the phone for 1 hour every time and then the call gets cut. I tried every number that is listed and same story. They have numerous numbers listed but no answer. Most frustrating. They are a useless institution.
