Unisa is the worst educational institution

The worse service ever, they dont care about the wellbeing of their students they have such an ugly and dont care attitude towards their students and this is related specifically to Unisa offices in Port Elizabeth greeanacres. I went there early in January 2020 when registration open to register, at self help when I typed in my info they system said "self help error: you are phased out since I failed to require the number of credits (modules) in your previous academic year". I was shocked and enquired from the guy who was assisting at the self help at the time... so apparently becoz I did not study the previous year the system blocked me. Only then was I informed that I was supposed to inform them that I was not going to study the peevious year(2019) anyway I filled in a form that was sent to headoffice by the supervisor. Up to today I received no feedback, iv been there 4x already and this supervisor is always in a meeting... last week a lady in selfhelp took my details again nd promised to get back to me, and still nothing its so frustrating I left unisa in tears last week I cant believe an educational institution can be so unhelpful nd neverminded towards others future. I wouldnt recommend anyone to study through unisa. I even sent an email already and all I got was a reference number but im still blocked. Dont even try calling you will never get through...
