UNISA is the worst!

Unisa is the worst when it comes to customer care and Administration. My wife completed her PGDIP this year and all tuition fees were paid. She was supposed to graduate this year but they denied her because she registered for NDP modules which have nothing to do with the completed PGDIP.

Unisa is the worst! We've been sending requests for a completion letter but they don't reply. My wife wants to apply for her masters but Unisa is denying us the opportunity!

Customer service is poor! Give us our completion letter!
