Unisa is so depressing

The amount of deppression Unisa put me is beyond thinking I have finished my diploma 2018 even today i have not received my PGCE Certidicate whats worse is that im still marked as a final year student. I have sent numerous e-mails regarding this no one get back to me. I went to the parrow campus for help several times they just send an email. No one gets back to me. Its so frustrating. I owe them nothing all i need is my diploma that i worked so hard for and i compromised my money for. Its like no one cares, they run the institution like a ****za shop so pathetic.
