UNISA is seriously hurting my academic prospects

I registered and had my Proposal Reviewed but no response from the department nor the course head, In fact after numerous attempts to contact the relevant people at UNISA, its like I have been completely ignored. I really feel horrible and hurt by the service received by UNISA.
