Unisa is really playing with my future

Unisa is messing with my education I don't know what to do, I have added an additional module weeks ago and with the money that is needed I paid for it weeks ago

nobody is responding to me I sent emails to study-info, finance, CASenquiries, registration, and all I get is an automatic responses and all the numbers that are on the unisa website do not work at all !!!
