UNISA is Pathetic!!!!!

It is a pity I can't give -5 Stars. No matter what amount, you get paid for service, yet don't even answer the damn phones... Utterly pathetic. Steel money from my account yet I have no way to contact you to fix it??? If you are considering UNISA , DON'T. Especially DON'T give their sites your banking details!!!!!!
