UNISA IS PATHETIC!

I had problems with my registration and emailed UNISA regarding this. I got the automated response and NOTHING else!! I managed to sort out my own problem and now, more than a week after my registration has been finalized, I receive an email telling me that there is no problem, I am already registered. ######!!!!!!!!!!!! THE ONLY REASON THERE IS NO LONGER AN ISSUE IS BECAUSE I HAD TO STRUGGLE TO SOLVE IT ON MY OWN!!!!!!

Now I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for my study material and have 3 assignments due within 3 days! I can't do anything because I don't have my study material. I have tried to call ALL the numbers listed on their website and not one is answered!!!!!!

This is pathetic. These people are *****ing with the futures of young South Africans. I completely understand that they are extremely busy, but then they need to do something about the fact that they are understaffed.

If I had any other choice in University, I would have been long gone.

Shame on you UNISA.
