UNISA IS NOT CONTACTABLE BY PHONE AND EMAIL

UNISA has NO SERVICE whatsoever. They don't deserve a 1 star - they deserve NO stars. The phone numbers provided on the UNISA website remain UNANSWERED. Their emails equally remain UNANSWERED. I have tried over 2 months now on and off yet never received a reply. Disappointed to say the least. How does one contact them if they ignore phone calls and emails?
