Unisa is lacking in their admin department, very bad service

It has been exactly 2 months since I paid for registration, I am still waiting for my study material. I did all of my assignments without any hardcopies (which is actually very hard especially if your study guide is 200 pages and you should read it from a screen). Stop using corona as an excuse as I very well know of a lot of students that is having the same problem. When we miss a payment date we get suspended but when we do pay we don’t even get what we pay for.
