UNISA IS JUST USELESS AT ADMIN

Goodness I have been with unisa for 3years now and I must say the fact that the only way for one to get help is when they go to their offices physically and throw a fit. I fail to understand why do they have an email system and phone numbers yet when you call you never get a respond. I have sent numerous emails as well to get help but till today I don't receive responds besides those automated emails that are just time wasters. They pride themselves in being number long distance correspondence University yet they cant seem to be of any assistance for those who are unable to go there physically. I am sick and tired of this University. I have really had enough. They really need to start working on their service methods for people.
