Unisa is HOPELESS!!!

<p>Unisa is HOPELESS!!! I forgot my Unisa password for the MyUnisa MyLife e-mail and followed the steps to get the old password of a new one... NOTHING!! According to the website, they will sms you. We followed that steps a 100 times and NO sms!! I cant go in all the time for every little problem (which are a lot of problems at the end with you guys) I work... For the reason why I want to study part-time and NOT full time!! If I go in to Unisa everytime I have a problem I will be able to study full time, because I wont have a job anymore.</p> <p>The only correspondence i received from Unisa was to send them missing documents... That I did attach to the application!!</p>
