Unisa is frustrating

Till today i havent received any of my results. Unisa say im owing but all my money they have allocated it in new modules while previous modules are left with an outstanding. I have sent more than 4 emails to rectify this to no avail. Phone is just ringing no answer and nobody on accounts is working at the campus. Im doomed.
