UNISA is falsly advertising - i meet their online requirements and am shown away by regional office

<p>I app**** for admissions to UNISA in 2012, as i did not have Matric, i was not accepted.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the course of the last 5 months, i have completed NQF L5 certificates, a higher certificate in management and am currently a Bcom student getting straight distinctions.</p> <p> </p> <p>UNISA claims they accept equivalent and on their Degree details of requirements state that you must hold a senior certificate OR a higher certificate/diploma to gain entry.</p> <p>As i have app**** before and received a student number to pay the fee, i am not able to apply online again and was told to go to my nearest regional office in order to "re-apply"</p> <p>The regional office denied me from applying as "matric is the minimum requirement", but the website says OR a certificate/diploma and that the school accepts equivalent.</p> <p> </p> <p>So you are falsy advertising as you are not going according to your what you state on your website.</p> <p>Absolutely no assistance from UNISA staff either.</p>
