UNISA is failing to refund me.

Ive been trying to contact these people for them to refund me my money since 15 December 2020 and still I haven't recieved a response from them. This is exhausting. I have sent emails with proof if payment and all i get is automated responses until now. I just want my money so I can register this year. I have tried all contact on their website and all of them do not work. How can an institution this big not have working numbers for student queries. So shady.
