UNISA is failing quick

I am so disappointed in UNISA. I kept receiving a blank exam timetable just to get results saying I was absent from examination. Also, I keep email Edwin Makwese and Forensic and no response to my registration. Now i have to redo 2 modules instead of 1 and I had no issues paying UNISA and this is what you do. I am really disheartened how a tertiary institutions treats their students.
