Unisa is designed to fail Us

All Unisa students funded by NSFAS got an option to either choose book allowance or a laptop. We who opted for the laptop are still waiting for them yet the exams start 2 May 2019. The semester is almost over and we are still waiting for the laptops to study. We complain to NSFAS and all they say is go to Unisa while Unisa don’t respond to e-mails, they don’t answer calls, they don’t respond on social media. What should we do? Just fail?
