UNISA is busy ******ing money from me

Good day

Could you please tell me why I received a message saying my account has been handed over to NICS for R1292.24 when you confirmed that the account was settled as per the below messages in October.

I have called NICS and they cannot tell me why the account was handed over. Ntombi from NICS said I should call UNISA on ********** 761/ ********** 407 for answers; which I did but as usual the numbers just ring endlessly with no answer. Unisa finance number a ********** / 4299 s per your website does not work and I have highlighted this before.

Can I have a contact number that works so I can resolve this?

I had spoken to UNISA directly and UNISA ITC trust who confirmed that the amount to be paid is R1160 which I paid as per the email attached. Other people spoken to representing UNISA and UNISA ITC trust are Charmaine and Bongani Malabela on 2/10/2017 where I proceeded to pay the money as advised into FNB account ********** 9427.

UNISA ITC trust contact number is ********** 700.

You guys also confirmed the account was settled so what the hell is going on? Someone please tell me as I am so tired of dealing with an *********** institution, this is no wonder why I left studying there as there is never help and no one knows what is going on.

I am tired of being made to run around and getting misguided information.

Can I have answers please.

I do not owe you anything as I paid now you want another R1292.24, where is this now coming from when I am not a registered student.

Please stop playing games.

I will be waiting for proper feedback and contact numbers that work. I cannot say I am writing this email with a sincere heart, I am very frustrated and angry with this situation.

Sort your nonsense out and reconcile your finance administration. UNISA are wasting my time. I have also sent this query to the ombudsman to have it sorted as you guys clearly are failing me big time
